weight lossIn today's world everyone is conscious about their body weight because they want to look good. Also a good body weight can add to the the aesthetics of a person. So in this blog we are going to talk about the root cause of as to why people get to fat and how they will be able to lose all those extra kilos from their body.

A person becomes fat probably because he or she is taking in much more calories than he or she is consuming for example you take 6000 calories per day by taking 3 meals a day but you are only able to consume 3000-4000 calories a day. The rest are stored in the body as fats and that is where you start gaining those unnecessary kilos.



You have to follow at least one of the two steps to achieve the desired weight loss:
1) Go to the gym
2) Follow a diet

These steps are very important to follow if you want to achieve quick results. Going to the gym is essential for the people who don't compromise on their diet. Taking cue from the above example the 2000 calories that were left unconsumed will be burnt by doing physical workouts. It's completely up to you to carry out these workout sessions at home or at the gym.

scaleIf you think that it will be too hard for you to go for physical workouts then you will have to follow a strict diet. So first of all you will have to follow a low carbohydrate diet. You will have to cut on the added sugar. Try to consume water before meals and don't drink
water in between or soon after taking meals. This will help your metabolism to increase which will help in timely digestion and consumption of calories. Try to consume green tea and also add fiber to your diet.

The idea is not to put you guys on a diet rather to start eating healthy. So try to surround your self with healthy fruits and vegetables as obviously it's not easy for everyone to control on their appetite for food so whenever you feel the urge to eat something make sure that you surround yourself with food that is healthy and that will help you achieve your desired body weight.

economical(cheap) meals which you guys can easily make at home and reach your fitness goals much faster.

So in the morning if you guys have to leave early for work then obviously you have less time to prepare a good meal and many people also skip their breakfast which is the most common mistake as it definitely causes a hindrance in achieving fitness. So what you guys have to do is simply take three(3) slices of brown bread and apply peanut butter on them. Secondly, take two(2) bananas with one glass of milk. This meal will easily give you around 1200-1500 calories and also the energy which will be reflected on your work as you will feel energetic and ready to take on the world.

The lunch is very important as by this time you would have already consumed a major chunk of your calories and now you need a refill so just go for boiled rice (1 cup) along with boiled red beans and don't forget to take a bowl of salad which can consist of different vegetables of your choice. This will help you sustain the energy levels in your body as one should never compromise on the level of performance.

There are a lot of foods that are much healthier than you would have ever thought as they have immense benefits that will give your fitness goals the required boost. These foods include dry fruits, black coffee, yogurt, milk. The intake of these foods are a must as it not only makes you healthy but
it also detoxifies your body. There are myths about these foods that they are not healthy and only contain fats but there is no truth to it. These foods only contain good fats which are very essential for your body and is a must for your routine diet.

Breaking stereotype: "Gym a necessity to stay fit"


though there is no denying the fact that gym is necessary to reach specific physical goals but the basic fitness a human body needs, it doesn't demand a fitness facility
Let's just go back in the time when people didn't had issues such as overweight, blood pressure issues, diabetes and other diseases that are at an all time high today and are refusing to stop. Many psychologists and psychiatrists also indicate that mental stress is also gaining momentum in this generation and spreading like wildfire where earlier it was not the case. Basically, one of the major reasons it started was due to lack of physical activities which should be indulged in our day to day lifestyle or way of life.

Now as we are so much confined to our comfort zones that we have a justification to probably every other thing which should be done but obviously needs some kind of physical or mental exertion e.g in today's time it is observed that a gym or a fitness zone is the place where one has to go if he or she wants to get into a particular shape or to stay fit. So, basically what they don't realize is that one does not necessarily needs to join a gym or a fitness club to stay fit or to get into a certain desired shape.

One needs to inculcate or adapt three major things that shapes their way of living. These three are very basic in nature and include daily physical workouts such as going for walk or jog, healthy habits such as sleeping on time and having adequate sleep and lastly one needs to make sure that they are taking in healthy and nutritious diet such as taking in the right amount of vitamins, proteins and adding other ingredients of great nutritional value to their diet.

This blog does not discourage the one's who are going to a gym or a fitness center but is for motivating the one's who are hustling through their hectic work life or the students who are unable to go to a proper gym or fitness zone because of their academic commitments. The idea is to make fitness easy and convenient for all and not narrow it down to a certain set of people. Hope this gave you a little motivation to get out of your comfort zone and realize that how important it is to be healthy and stay fit.

Acing fitness at home like a pro



Leg workoutSo, as the previous blog suggested on how staying fit is possible for everyone and how everyone should take fitness seriously. This blog will mostly focus on the physical activities that doesn't need any kind of fitness centre rather it will need your own strong will to pursue and make fitness a part of your lifestyle.

The most important factor is of discipline and also being consistent with whatever good you are doing to make yourself better e.g now you are basically operating as a freelancer who wants to get fit but can choose a place or time to workout according to his or her own feasibility and convenience.

Now applying the discipline factor here would be that if you have decided to workout for an hour then you have to complete an hour of workout every single day or five to six days a week. You cannot workout for half an hour one day and makeup for it the next day by working out for one and a half hour. This will also help you to create a balance in life and also prioritize the important things in life. The consistent factor comes into place when e.g you have started with ten pushups so here the consistency would be to at least do ten pushups the next day too and not going down basically.

So, you can start by basically a simple walk if you are 50+, you can start with jogging too. Now you have to create an evolving mindset when you are into a physical workout session which basically means that you need to enhance and improve everyday. Basically it's about pushing your limits everyday or at least once in a week. So try to increase your jogging speed everyday.

Exercises for everyoneEasy physical workouts include pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups, crunches, running, dancing, yoga, squats. One can do the most basic thing such as jumping. One can indulge themselves in outdoor sports such as basketball or football or any other sport of their choice which involves physical exertion. You can also opt for weekly hiking or swimming activities to avoid repetition and also these little changes can bring or generate positive results and also act as a motivation because now you have turned it into something which has a lot of fun element to it as well along with it being a physical workout session.

Our first season would cater to the audience who are into physical workouts, specifically the beginners. This is because its very important to know the right thing to do at an early stage to get the desired results. Our blogs will also tell about what not to do as many people out there are doing unnecessary stuff which requires them to do physical exertion which eventually results in mental stress as you put an effort to achieve something but you are not able to get that even after working for it.

We will try our best to make sure you don't have to spend a lot rather we will be giving out tips that will be ensure that you guys won't have to go very deep into your pockets.
