1) Water
Make sure you drink enough water everyday as this is the basic rule for losing weight. It helps your body flush away the waste and keep your body in the right temperature. 5) Fats
Might sound strange but your body needs fats to produce hormones that make you burn fat. However not all fats are the same. The key is to replace unhealthy fats with healthy fats.
